Thinking progressively

I've come up with a radical solution to our impending overpopulation crysis. The larger someone is, the more space they take up, and the more of the Earth's precious resources they consume. In the world of the future, we won't have space to spare like we do now, and changes will inevitably need to be made if we are to survive as a species. This is why I have come up with the Intelligence Quotient Per Pound system, or IQPP. The system favors smaller people with larger IQs, whilst the larger breed of lesser intelligence score quite lowly on the scale. Such a scale is needed because future generations will benefit from having the least amount of human mass with the greatest amount of inteligence possible. I propose that we take this system into effect as soon as possible, and that anyone scoring lower than a .7 on the scale should be exterminated immediately. Drastic times call for drastic measures, and the end days will soon be upon us if we fail to act upon this overpopulation crysis.
